Install the add-in from Microsoft Marketplace, then open Decide from Excel whenever you need help with the workbook in front of you.

Open Microsoft Marketplace
Go to the Decide listing and select Get it now.

Add Decide to Excel
Choose the account and workbook environment where you want the add-in available.

Open Decide in Excel
Open a workbook, launch Decide from the Home ribbon, and select the sheet or range you want to work with.
